As soon as you enter this room you are dazzled by the intricate sigils
that cover the this room, from top to bottom.  You can feel the eldritch
magic thick in the air.  The air crackles with unseen energy.  The sigils
squiggle and squirm as if doing some macabre dance.  An eye suddenly opens
up out of the wall, and stares right at you.  You can sense a malevolent
being from the other side.  And you have that eerie feeling your presence is
noticed and noted.
