Under-Ocean Avenue, the center-most street of the underwater city of
Atlantis, is the most traveled and the most congested.  Merfolk seem to be
in great abundance here, dressed in clothing fit for their station in the
city.  North and south lead towards intersections in the roads and north
eventually leads to the palace.
