It appears even the mythical city of Atlantis isn't immune to hardships. 
Little hovels of trash and sticks line the streets here, the normally unseen
side of this great city.  Penniless and dirty people sprawl near the
building walls, no longer even caring if they are trampled.  The few with
enough strength to stand attempt to beg money from the few travelers unlucky
enough to stumble into this area.
