This room is within Palace of Diocletian.
Northern Altar - - - (-------------------------------------------------) - <---(M)---> - - S - In the apse vault, the God Organa is represented in a mosaic. Organa seated among the four sacred orbs, with the rivers of Paradise beneath him and rainbow-hued clouds above, extends a gold wreath of victory to Diocletian. At Organa's left, another angel introduces Justinian, in whos time the foundations of the church were laid. Looking down from the mosaic, you see three small steps leading up to the altar located in the middle of the room. Several elements can be seen on top of the small rectangular altar, which appear to be spiritual in nature. Light streams in from the two stain glassed windows located beside the mosaic. The forechoir is located to your south.
