While this path through the forest is easy enough to follow, it isn't
kept up very well at all.  The trail is littered with dead leaves and
branches, and large roots protrude from the ground to trip inattentive
passersby.  The path continues along to the east and the south.  While the
underbrush to the west is too thick to penetrate, you can wander off into
the woods to the north.
