You are standing on a precariously narrow ledge on the third floor of
Focault's residence.  Stone gargoyles are carved into the stonework above
your head, and you begin to feel rather nervous as their grins seem to turn
into leers even as you watch.  A rusty old drain pipe is attached to the
side of the building here - it might be possibly for you to climb down it.
