Peraine Boulevard is the main access road for important buildings in the
town.  Directly to the west is the city hall where you can find the post
office and the town archives.  Not many people travel this part of town
other than the occasional janitor or city guard passing through, going about
their own duties.  Eastwards Peraine meets up at a bend with Tjolmar.
