Peraine Boulevard is the main access road for important buildings in the
Far off to the west, after the crossroad, is the temple.  North is the city
hall.  Traffic is light as few citizens will bother to pass by this area
except on urgent matters that need the Mayor's assistance.  Some of the
important documents about the town can be found in the city hall as well. 
Further east after a bend, the prison cells can be found.
