Peraine Boulevard is the main access road for important buildings in the
town.  Off to the west, after the crossroad, is the temple.  To the east you
see the city hall, the red banner bearing the signia of Lowangen floating
visibly atop its roof.  Not many people travel this part of town other than
the occasional janitor or city guard passing through, going about their own
duties.
