The city hall is a very grand building.  The entrance is very large with
marble and stone pillars all around.  The ceiling is beautifully decorated
with pictures.  At the very top is a rotunda made from brass.  The sunlight
hits the brass in such a way as to cover the walls with glimmers of colored
light.
