You are walking through the village of Lasler, which is situated in a
valley surrounded by snow-capped mountains.  The people here wave and call
out pleasant greetings to you that make you feel quite welcome.  Perhaps you
should ask one of them about the Ghering Caverns.  To the south is a grassy
area where several children are playing.  Looking closely, you see a well
there.  North of here is a cozy inn that caters to weary adventurers.  
A small reddish pixie flutters about without a care in the world.
