You are in a fairly dry area of the caverns.  The air here is rather
stale.  Glowing lichen grows on the walls, providing enough light for you to
find your way safely.  You hear the scurrying of small feet, probably caused
by animals moving about.  There is a bend in the passage here, running east
and south.
