This is a passageway leading deeper into the Ghering Caverns.  The walls
here are mostly lichen-covered stone with patches of earth.  The floor is
stone, with some fallen rock scattered here and there.  The lichen on the
walls serves to light your way.  There are cave-dwelling animals scurrying
about.  The lichen in this area is rather sparse, making the lighting very
dim.  It is difficult to see what is making the scurrying noises that you
can hear.  The cavern goes west, east and south at this intersection.
