This house has all the grandness that you would think.  There are statues
and marble columns throughout the yard.  There is a fluffy dog sitting under
the shade of a tree.  To the west is the personal courtyard of the mayor. 
The house is white and very stately looking.  Huge stained glass windows
allow the light to shine through.  It is a very beautiful piece of property.
    You sense a hidden life form in the area.
A Lowangen city guard is keeping law and order on the streets.
A woman of Lowangen is wandering about town.
