This is a passage composed of rock and earth within the Ghering Caverns. 
By the light of your torch, you see some soft moss growing on the ground. 
When you look closely, the moss looks pretty unhealthy.  That must be due to
the lack of light down here.  There are signs that something was here
recently.  In fact, you can hear several somethings nearby.  You find
yourself wondering what those somethings might be, and if you are in danger.
The main passage runs north and south, and there is a room off to the east. 
A faerie dragon has arrived from the north.
