This is a passage composed of rock and earth within the Ghering Caverns. 
By the light of your torch, you can see some soft moss growing on the
ground.  When you look closely, the moss looks pretty unhealthy.  That must
be due to the lack of light down here.  There are signs that something was
here recently.  In fact, you can hear several somethings nearby.  You find
yourself wondering what those somethings might be, and if you are in danger.
The passage runs north and south at this point.  
A faerie dragon has arrived from the north.
