You are at the entrance of a large cave.  From the scorch marks and the
discarded carcasses around the mouth of the cave, it is fairly obvious that
a dragon lives here.  Dragons are notorious hoarders of gold and other
precious things, but they are equally notorious for being protective of
their amassed wealth.  Be careful.
