You are in a large cave with two exits.  To the east is the mouth of the
cave you entered through, while to the south is a small ledge hanging out
over nothingness.  As you look around, you are amazed by the vast treasures
before you.  Unfortunately, most of it is much too large for you to carry. 
     A small golden leaf sparkles in the dust.
     A large pile of gold spills over the floor of the cave.
     A partially-burned torch has been dropped in the dust.
