This corner of the tavern is oddly empty, save for one man.  He sits at a
table near a window set in the south wall, staring sadly at his untouched
beer.  He doesn't acknowledge the rowdy patrons or lively poker game, but
instead sits in total silence, contemplating something only he could
possibly know.  And here he sits, unmoving, not speaking, in total silence,
for who knows how long?  
     A table sits at the back corner of the room, almost empty.
