The hardpacked dirt lane slowly starts tiling upwards to the east, as it
begins traversing the natural path up the hill to the southeast.  The hump
in the middle of the island rises up above the trees, allowing for a better
view of the island, and across the river to the rest of the Colove Jungle. 
The northwestern side of the village is all houses, while the top of the
hill holds the village's single shop, and Mama Kjarlow's house and the
fishing spot are on the other side of the hill.
