Huddled in the corner of the cell is a thin, fairly muscular man.  From
the blood running down his mouth and the violent cuts to his face, you
assume he has been recently beaten.  Thick shackles bind his arms and legs,
and prevent almost any movement.  With the exception of his heavy breathing,
the man shows no sign of functionality.  As he notices you, his eyes move
away from the three inch drainage pipe in the wall, and with the faintest
breath, he begins to whisper words.
