Several large torches illuminate this narrow stone walkway.  Immensely
powerful locks prevent access to the cells on the northern wall.  Bulky
guards pace back and forth, paying little attention to the inmates request
for food and water.  You observe a number of neglected serving trays and a
disgustingly moss-covered water bucket.  Regardless of their crime, these
prisoners are treated to the most inhuman set of living conditions.  The
dark walkway continues east and west.
