A street lined with shady trees marks the beginning of the residential
district of Sigil.  Pillars of fine homes line the street, set way back on
the lot.  Wrought iron fences form a boundary between the wide sidewalks,
and the homes.  Hanging on the front of each fence is a small numbered panel
that display's the home's street address.  The fence to the north shows #15
while south is #20.
