A street lined with shady trees marks the beginning of the residential
district of Sigil.  Some distance away, structures of rich mansions rise
skywards almost twice the height of a minotaur.  Wrought iron fences form a
boundary between the sidewalks and the homes.  Southwards leads to the
Registrar's house.  North is an oddly shaped door with a contorted face in
the center of it.
