Large rocks litter the floor, having fallen through the rotten support
braces on the ceiling.  There are small torches burning dimly along the
walls emitting no smoke or heat.  The floors are slick with an ice like
substance, and small pools of water can be seen.  The roots from the massive
hedges above are starting to peek through the ceiling.  To the south can be
heard the screams and howls of unknown creatures.  
     The coffin of the gardener has fallen through the ceiling.
A large stalactite is dislodged from the ceiling, narrowly missing you!
