You are walking down the northernmost street in New Rigel Realty also
known as Spinoza Street.  Spinoza seems to be a stuck up street, being
decorated far more than necessary.  Banners hang from the top of trees
announcing parades and celebrations.  Many drunken people stumble about
here, desperately trying to make their way home in their haze.  From here
of the street has an ornate golden plaque in front of it that reads #9,
while south is #10.  
A huge cockroach crawls about here, looking for food scraps.
