In the center of the beach this lighthouse stands like an iridescent
orange horn of a unicorn.  Its peak has been flattened out to hold a
pedestal of carved sandstone.  Atop the pedestal sits a large crystal
attached by a golden ring outlined in gear-like teeth.  Below the fog bank
no longer radiates its evil aura and utter serenity is the reward for
ascension to this lofty place.  Around the centerpiece is a small ledge
allowing a ring one person wide to stand.  It would seem that this was once
a beacon of some kind but now its light lay keeled to one side and forever
dim.  
     An enormous dark crystal tilts akwardly on its carved pedestal.
