A ten-foot tall carved wooden pole stands ominously with in a circle of
stone.  Halfway up its length an unsettlingly toothy grimace threatens to
bite onlookers.  The totem displays not one ounce of friendship along its
intricately carved surface.  The ground beneath it has been cleared of all
debris and a fine white powder of bleached bone fills the circle.  The wind
is eerily still here, as the tribal carving appears to rebuke its approach.
