Finally reaching the top of the head, the view is incredible.  From up
here the entire island is visible including the massive Volcano.  Off in the
distance A lighthouse far off in the distance suddenly appears to be a few
hundred yards away, shimmers momentarily and then takes its place back miles
away.  Seabirds wheel in the sky in lazy figure eight patterns.  The start
of the trail is not discernible as it lies beneath a light fog far below.
