The fourth and smallest mast of this ship is stepped meaning it sits on a
raised platform.  It has a smaller sail attached to it then the rest and is
used for fine tuning directions and getting just a bit more sail in the
wind.  Rope and stays from other masts all meet towards the stern of the
ship and this area is a bit cluttered and more functional than the obvious
guest areas amidships and towards the bow.
