Perched high on the tallest mast, a decapitated head is impaled upon the
masthead.  It's open eyes and open mouth are frozen in an expression of
horror, revulsion and surprise.  Black icicles made of frozen blood hang
from the ragged edges of the neck.  There isn't much chance to notice much
more save perhaps for the jagged cave ceiling that looms dangerously close
overhead.
