A violent storm rages over the archaic vessel.  Lightning and wind pound
every inch of the deck save for this one small covered gangway.  A rickety
ladder extends down to the water below and dares to be tread upon.  Waves
reach through the open railing, swiping at what was once sure footing in
hopes of creating a slippery ride to the ocean's unforgiving embrace.  With
luck the cursed dinghy will return or passengers of this ill-fated ship will
be stuck here for eternity.
