This is the very heart of Ina.  The ceiling is formed by the lower
quarter of a monumental black pearl held aloft by the surrounding white
walls like a great jewel held in an ivory setting.  Raw magical power
emanates between the enormous pearl and a circular seal on the floor.  Four
doorways at the main compass points lead out from this room each guarded by
a robust paladin.  The ring upon which the pearl sits above is inscribed
with an ancient form of common tongue.
