A long, narrow flight of stairs leads to the upper rooms of the tavern. 
The commotion and loud noise from the lower floor is somewhat quieter here,
but not completely drown out.  Mermen and women drift up and down the stairs
between the bar and whatever is upstairs.  The handrail here is made of an
unknown alloy that shows a shine, but doesn't rust.
