Far above the colorful boulevards of the undersea city merfolk can be
seen milling about their daily lives.  An incredible diversity of sea life
glides by upward and down, to and fro.  From this height the city seems
peaceful and the glimmering lights that rune the length of each street
brings an untold beauty to each corner.  Turbulent waves wash over an
invisible barrier that domes the city and protects it from the icy ocean
above.  Coral structures define the rooftops of the shops and the steps of
the amphitheater that dominates the city's center.
