A warm current of water envelops the underside of the city's dome. 
Staring upward waves can be seen swirling sand and sunlight in dark shadows
across the invisible barrier.  Docile fish of varied colors swim by giving
only the subtlest look of curiosity to a stranger's presence.  The city is
busy with the actions of life-Its citizenry flourish with daily rigors.  A
large amphitheater dominates the center of the city with residential avenues
running off to the northeast and a stately palace opposite.
