A large pocket of air has been trapped in the pinnacle of the underwater
fissure.  It is a strange respite for any air breathers who may have had the
misfortune of getting lost in the domain of merfolk.  The sound of the
mighty mountain as it shifts on its tectonic plates is reverberated by the
solidity of the rock that forms the rough conical room.  The air has a
positively refreshing smell to it though where the air comes from is
anyone's guess.
