The glow grows stronger and illuminates more of the tunnel.  Along the
ground, fresh gouges in the earth can be detected as if something heavy was
dragged along the corridor.  Crude hand tools line the passageway, discarded
and broken.  The algae and plankton are very thick and hang suspended lazily
in the water.
