The entrance to the cave is littered with all the trash the orcs are too
lazy to even dump outside.  Well, its better for the forest that the orcs
are so incredibly lazy.  The stench here is not a good one, with the odor of
rotten flesh so putrid its incredible.  The stink comes from all directions,
and envelops you, like a big smelly blanket.
