The caves here run slick with slime and grime...  Or is that Orc mucus? 
very slippery in this cave, a byproduct of the fact that the boiling
underground spring network runs directly under here.  The vapor from the
boiling natural water rises and condenses on the walls and floors quite
well.  You see on the floor remnants of nmany orcish meals already eaten, or
ones so raunchy even the orcs would have nothing to do with them.  
A piercer attempts to camouflage itself in the ceiling above, waiting for a victim.
