The muted sounds of travelers moving through the streets of the
development is almost completely drowned out by the whispering of the wind
in the leaves of the towering beech trees.  In the center of the plaza, a
tall statue of Malfius Rosen on a rearing stallion looms over those who pass
by.  Lush shrubbery lines the side walks that flow along the roadway leading
through the plaza.
