In the center of the plaza, a tall statue of Malfius Rosen on a rearing
stallion looms over those who pass by.  Lush shrubbery lines the side walks
that flow along the roadway leading through the plaza.  Beds of bright
flowers are home to colorful butterflies while small squirrels can be seen
romping among the tall trees that line the plaza.
