Strolling this section of the Arcade one finds themselves nearing the
center of the monument to the shapeshifting Baron Nezak, and the trappings
of an alien culture abound.  Spectacular prisms of light levitate just out
of reach, showering the hall in rainbow flashes of light as they align with
each other and the globes atop the pillars.  There may even be some order in
this apparent chaos, perhaps - when one does not have access to a visual
reference of telling time, then one must turn to other means.  Beautiful and
dangerous - that is the nature of this place.  To the north you can make out
the central monument itself, and to the south the hallway leads back to
slightly safer surroundings.
