This majestic hallway vaults directly through the middle of the southern
district of Decara Realty.  Immense ivory marble pillars, each wrapped in
golden ivy, reach high into the open space of the cavern above the homes. 
Topping each is a gigantic stone claw cradling an orb of light giving
crystal.  A language either long forgotten, or never seen until now, is
etched into the flooring.  These etchings contain either blessings or
curses, threats or promises, but regardless, they come from a place far
beyond the ether.  The Arcade opens up to Obsidian Road to the south, and
the inner sanctums are found to the north.
