As you climb down the hatch from the helm, you notice the stench you
noticed earlier has gotten significantly stronger and more repugnant.  You
gag slightly, holding your stomach trying to shake the illness that is
starting to overwhelm you.  From behind the door south, you hear the muffled
crying of children.  What are children doing on the boat and in a place that
is well off the beaten track, so to speak.  Curiousity drives you towards
the room, while common sense tells you to cover your mouth and nose to try
to dull the horrid scent.  You hope that it was just your imagination and
