Before you, a horrifying image fills your mind as your imagination comes
to pass.  Children are chained and shackled here, cowering in the corner
gripped with fear.  A horrible scent of death is thick in the air with an
overly obnoxious smell of a nearby lavatory.  You gasp in horror as a hand
reaches from a portal, nearly missing you, grabbing a child and pulling it
into the portal as you hear the shrill shriek of terror coming from
somewhere near.  You stop for a moment and wonder if you should go help
these children or run back and save your sanity.
