You enter into a very foul smelling room.  It reeks of urine, making you
quite sure that this room is hardly ever to never clean at all.  There is a
sign on the wall in front of you and chamber pot in the middle of the room,
the walls are unclean and the floors are sticky.  You really don't want to
think about what all is on the floors and walls, though it might be better
than the image of the children in the next room.  Then again, neither
thought is very pleasant, and you start to gag again from the smells of
these rooms.  As you turn to leave, you see little, white worms squirming on
the floor and you run from the room in pure nauseousness.
