An uncared-for plant sits dolefully in one corner of this small
antechamber, its only source of light coming through the entrance to the
west out on the street.  To the east is a large, sturdy blue door with a
teardrop outlined by a seven-pointed star carved in the exact middle.  The
walls are mostly bare, except for the northern wall with a mounted shield
bearing the same crest as the door.
