Tables, chairs and desks are positioned haphazardly around this room,
barely allowing for traffic to freely flow in and out.  Some tables have
books piled on them for the enjoyment and scholarship of the inhabitants,
while others hold empty trenchers from diners who have not yet cleaned up. 
The carpet on the floor looks to have once been tasteful and of high
quality, but from years of people walking through this room and little
maintenance, it has become worn and tatty.
