The final house of the mermish quarter looks quite similar to those that
came before it.  Though the merfolk spurn uninvited guests, traders and
merchants do occasionally come to this section of town.  This upper chamber
serves as an office where the occupant can conduct business with surface
dwellers who might wish to make deals with the merfolk.
